Corona-update - Nicotine boosters

From 02/11/2020 all vape shops in Belgium must close their doors due to lock-down. As an online vapeshop, Aroma-Company is allowed to remain open, which means a huge increase in our orders.

Good agreements make good friends & communication will be key during this period. That is why we are making the following adjustments, until the stores remain closed.

Where can I buy nicotine boosters?

We have provided nicotine boosters at various newsagents. You can purchase it there.
Note: You can only get nicotine boosters here. You must order your e-liquid via our webshop.

 

Shipments

From 01/11/2020 until the end of the closing of the stores, Aroma-Company will ship according to the following schedule:

Monday Friday:
All orders, provided everything is in stock (see below: Stock), ordered before 5:30 pm, are shipped the same day.

Saturday - Sunday:
Aroma-Company will not ship orders during the weekend.

Delays:
Take into account delays with the shipping partners. In 99% of all shipments, your package will be delivered the next day. From experience of the previous lockdown, we know that part of the shipments takes longer than normal. We ask to respect this, we cannot make the overloaded parcel services work faster. SO ORDER IN ADVANCE!

Stock

Try to order what is in stock as much as possible. If you place an order of which all products are in stock, but one product is not, we will only ship your order when everything is in stock.

During the previous lockdown, we noticed that some of our regular suppliers also have delays in shipping the products to us. So keep in mind that there may be delays sometimes. Contact our customer service via e-mail for more questions about delays via [email protected]

Our customer service will exceptionally be more open during this period. Below is an overview.

We expect waiting times to increase, if you leave the waiting line & call again you will lose your place in the queue. So please wait patiently.
We do our utmost to limit these waiting times as much as possible by deploying extra manpower.

We answer all questions within 48 hours, please note that our customer service is NOT open during the weekend.

Have you sent an e-mail and have you not received an answer within 48 hours? Please check your SPAM box, we noticed during the previous lockdown that our emails regularly ended up in our customers SPAM box.

If you contact us by phone, after contacting us by e-mail, please mention this to our employee. This way we can eliminate a lot of double work. Thank you for that.

Our employees will at all times do everything they can to get through this period as smoothly as possible. We hope for your understanding if something does not go smoothly, as in normal times.
